My mom and I were talking the other day about starting a Plank Challenge. I found a few online that went up to even twenty (!!!) minutes. Crazy!
I decided that we should start small, and work our way up, so I created a “beginners level” challenge: twenty days and four minutes. I used my favorite website, Canva, to help make the image. Canva is an awesome website because there are so many different things that you can use it for! One of my favorite things to use Canva for is for creating picture collages.
Challenges are fun because they add variety to your workout, and challenge your body. I know that I love consistency, and switching up my workout isn’t my favorite thing. However, it is good for your body to change it up. Changing up the muscles you work daily, and the movements that you do is how you gain more muscle and lose fat.
I would recommend doing this challenge either at the beginning of your workout or at the end so that you don’t forget to incorporate it into your daily workout. 🙂 I am going to do the challenge at the beginning, after my warmup.
